Accepting requests for proposal—Consulting for Development Charges Study

The Municipality of Bluewater is undertaking an updated development charges study to be completed by July 2027. The Municipality is currently seeking consultation services for the creation of a development charges study background report, and invites submissions for Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified consultants on or before 1pm, local time on Thursday, July 23rd, 2026.

The Municipality last completed a development charges study in 2022 and adopted By-Law 86-2022 which will remain in effect until August 19, 2027, unless repealed by Council at an earlier date.

The Municipality of Bluewater does not accept electronic submissions. Bid forms together with all required supporting documentation must be submitted in sealed envelopes and must be clearly marked with the name of the bidder and tender name/ID.
