Council Highlights—October 19

At its Regular Meeting of Council on October 19, 2026, Council of the Municipality of Bluewater:

• Requested that the Ministry of Transportation delay construction of the intersection improvements on Highway 21 at Mill Road and Cameron Street until after the speed limit review has been conducted.
• Adopted the Water Works Financial Plan - 2027 to 2032, as prepared by BM Ross and Associates Limited, for the purpose of supporting the renewal of the Municipality's Municipal Drinking Water Licence.
• Approved the collection of actual costs for the construction of the Steckle Municipal Drain.
