Location: A hybrid meeting allowing for both electronic and in-person attendees. In person attendees may attend Council Chambers, Stanley Community Centre, 38594 Mill Rd, Varna, ON N0M 2R0.

Purpose and effect
The purpose and effect of this application for Zoning By-law Amendment (application # Blu Z03-2026) is to rezone the subject lands from Future Development (FD) to Residential Medium Density Special Zone (R2-12) to permit residential uses including a future residential dwelling and accessory buildings and structures. The R2-12 special zone is requested to permit an accessory structure in the front yard of the subject lands and to permit an accessory structure at a height of 8m when a maximum of 6m is permitted in the Zoning By-law. The subject lands are designated Residential in the Bluewater Official Plan and Zoned FD (Future Development) in the Bluewater Zoning By-law.
