Council Highlights—April 22

At its Regular Meeting of Council on April 22, 2025, Council of the Municipality of Bluewater:

• Authorized the collection of the actual construction costs for the North Branch of the
  Love Municipal Drain.
• Entered into a Fire Protection Grant Agreement for additional funding.
• Entered into an Encroachment Agreement with Taratou Investments Ltd.
• Entered into a Site Plan Agreement with Huron Awnings and Ventilation Systems Ltd.
• Adopted a revised by-law to govern the proceedings of Council and Committees.
• Directed the CAO to engage the Bayfield Area Food Bank regarding the lease of 2 Jane Street, Bayfield.
