Council Training Session—Strong Mayor Powers

There will be a Council workshop/training session at Council Chambers, 38594 Mill Road, Varna, on May 21, 2025, at 5 p.m. Please note, this is a closed session and will not be open to the public.

Council will receive training on the expansion of strong mayor powers which are outlined in Part VI.1 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as introduced through Bill 3, the Strong Mayors, Building Homes Act, 2022, and associated regulations.
