Location: A hybrid meeting allowing for both electronic and in-person attendees. In person attendees may attend Council Chambers, Stanley Community Centre, 38594 Mill Rd, Varna, ON N0M 2R0.

Location of the property: 6 Municipal Road, Bayfield, Municipality of Bluewater

Purpose and effect

The purpose of this Minor Variance application is to add additional parking to the subject lands for the purposes of a proposed medial clinic in the existing building. The variance also proposes a reconfiguration  of parking spaces along the south property boundary.

Official Plan Designation: Commercial

Zoning: Core Commercial (C4)
