Short-term rentals

Only short-term rentals licensed by the Municipality are able to operate in Bluewater. A few things to keep in mind when booking your short-term rental:

• The number of guests allowed is based on the number of bedrooms plus two.
• The septic design or number of parking spaces may reduce the number of allowed guests. Confirm with the short-term rental operator before booking.
• Maximum occupancy per bedroom is two people.
• Visitors are permitted as long as the maximum occupant number is not exceeded.
• The number of allowable parking spaces varies by rental and depends on space. Parking on lawns and grass is not permitted. Confirm the number of parking spaces available with the short-term rental operator before booking.
