Site Plan Control for Business

Site Plan Control is a development review process which evaluates the layout of site features but not the interior spaces of proposed structures. Council for the Municipality of Bluewater passed Site Plan Control By-law 78-2018 which establishes the entire municipality as a site plan control area. A copy of the Site Plan Control By-law may be obtained by contacting the Development Services Department.

Please contact the Planner or Planning Coordinator for help with any application or to arrange a pre-consultation meeting to discuss your project.
